Role Responsibility

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our successful Card Factory team to help fulfill this.

The pace is fast, our standards are high, and we’re proud of it. We lead the way! It can get busy in our stores, so you need to manage multiple customers, busy tills, and tasks efficiently. But don’t worry, you’ll have fun and understand why a little bit of madness is part of working here!

• Provide excellent customer service to help each customer celebrate their life’s moments
• Process sales politely, efficiently, and accurately, upselling on till products
• Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries
• Support stock takes, which may include working outside normal store hours

Retail experience is not essential; we value personality and a passion for customer service above all else!
