What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, you should be:

• Confident and approachable
• Hardworking and ambitious
• Caring and passionate

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and ensuring a great shopping experience.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and securely, actively promoting add-on products by engaging effectively with customers.
• Handling and accepting deliveries responsibly and safely, maintaining stockroom areas.
• Maintaining merchandising standards according to company guidelines.

On a 12-hour contract, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Flexibility is key, as shifts may include hours outside normal trading times, especially during Christmas. We support the ‘Keep Sundays Special’ campaign, so you will not be scheduled to work on Sundays, allowing you quality time with family and friends.
