Job summary

High Seat Ltd is hiring a Sales Assistant in our Scotland showroom. You’ll welcome customers, understand their wellbeing needs, and guide them to the right chairs and sofas. You’ll help keep the showroom tidy and inviting and participate in our chair fitting service to deliver a personalised shopping experience.

Open daily with a mix of weekdays and weekends; a DBS check applies for this customer-facing role. Training through the HSL Academy will support your development in-store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through our showroom experience.

• Support customers with our chair fitting service and ensure high-quality service.
• Work a mix of weekdays and weekends; DBS check may apply for the role.

Must hold a UK Driver's Licence and be able to travel to other stores when needed. Your travel time and expenses will be covered when travelling to other HSL Showrooms.

What does a day in the showroom look like?

From the moment our customers enter our luxury showroom, you'll be creating a warm and memorable experience. That might mean greeting them with a smile or guiding them through our unique chair fitting service.

You’ll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs. You’ll also help keep our luxury showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming.

We’re open every day, so you’ll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.
