Your new role

Sofology is so much more than just sofas... the sofa sits at the heart of the home, and we know how much that means to our customers. Choosing the perfect sofa is a big decision and that's why as a Sofologist in store, you will partner with our customers to help them find their dream sofa. We are opening a new store in Carlisle and are looking for passionate Sofologists to join us!

As one of our first-ever Sofologists in this new space, you'll be part of something truly special—helping customers discover their dream sofa while shaping the vibe of a brand new store from the ground up.

Whether it's about the looks, the feels, or both, your passion for style and comfort will guide our customers to the perfect match. Because nothing feels like being at home on a sofa you love.

We also offer Compressed Hours, giving you the chance to work your full week across fewer days—more time for hobbies, rest, or spontaneous adventures!

A day in the life of a Retail Sales Consultant

• Partner with customers to help them find their dream sofa.
• Showcase our products in true Sofology style.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience—no ifs, no buts.
• Understand design and style to assist customers in making the right sofa choice.
• Complete finance applications to offer suitable payment options.
• Maintain store standards with a keen eye for interior design.
• Support team members by sharing product knowledge and best practices.
• Develop listening skills for relevant customer conversations.
• Help customers visualize their new sofa in their home through creative interactions.
• Recognize customer needs and recommend additional products.
• Provide detailed after-care advice to ensure long-term satisfaction.
