Job summary

WHSmith in Swansea is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service across the store. You’ll work 15 hours per week, with shifts across any three days from Friday to Sunday, including occasional early or late hours between 7am and 8pm.

You’ll help with stock replenishment, keep displays tidy, and support the team to meet high standards. Previous retail experience is helpful, but a proactive, customer‑focused attitude is key.

• Ability to maintain tidy, well-displayed product areas.

Working Hours: 15 hours per week working any 3 out of 7 days Friday, Saturdays and Sundays. Please note usual shifts will be offered between 7am and 8pm
