Job Opportunity: Full Time Sales Assistant at schuh, Manchester Trafford Kids Store

Location: The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17, UK

Position: Full Time Sales Assistant

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at the Manchester Trafford Kids store. The role involves working 5 out of 7 days, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is desirable, but candidates must be able to work until 11pm and frequently in the stockroom.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to children and their parents/guardians
• Offering our free measure and fitting service
• Providing in-depth product knowledge
• Meeting KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders, and reservations
• Managing stock and merchandising on the shop floor
• Maintaining high standards on the shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening and shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not required; customer service and retail experience are preferred. Full training will be provided.
