Job summary

schuh in Stirling is hiring Seasonal Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service, share in‑store product knowledge and drive sales. You’ll greet customers, help with payments and stock, and support opening and closing procedures.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
