Job summary

The Yorkshire Trading Company is hiring two sales assistants for our Catterick store. The roles are 16 hours over 4 days, including weekends, with some early mornings on a rota basis. You will be part of a team delivering high standards of customer service, keeping the store inviting and well stocked.

Training will be provided for the EPOS system and delivery receiving, with a focus on product knowledge and customer needs. Availability for weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales service required.
• Store condition and visual merchandising must be maintained.
• Stock must be kept fully stocked and organized.
• Identify and satisfy customer needs and wants.
• Greet and welcome customers to the store.
• Process sales using the EPOS till system (training provided).
• Assist with receiving deliveries when needed.
• Stay informed on product information and features.

We now have an opportunity for an additional 2 recruits to the sales assistant team in our store at Catterick.
