Footasylum in Portsmouth is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to style complete outfits, engage customers, and contribute to a high-energy retail floor.

You will learn product details, silhouettes, fabrics, and care, becoming a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador while supporting launches and activations.

Role offers 24 hours per week with evening/weekend flexibility, pay £8.00–£12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount, and a path to future progression within the company.

• Learn product silhouettes, fabrics, weather durability, and care; become a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
• Host launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Keep visuals premium and stock locked in; store presentation ready for the next fit check.

• Style the full fit Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you will be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations. If it's happening, you're leading the energy.
• Chase the win Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
