Job summary

schuh is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for our Nottingham store to deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, and share in-depth product knowledge. You’ll meet KPIs, process payments, manage stock, assist with merchandising, and support opening/closing procedures.

Full training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not essential. We offer flexible hours and a range of benefits including employee discounts, birthday time off, and access to a perks platform.

Temporary Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Assistant to join our store in Nottingham.

Candidates must be available Friday's.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.
