Job summary

The Yorkshire Trading Company is hiring a Sales Assistant for the Morpeth store. The role offers 16 hours per week across 4 days, including weekends on a rota basis, with some early mornings possible.

You will deliver high levels of customer service, keep the store well presented, process sales on the EPOS till (training provided), assist with deliveries, and stay informed about product details to help customers choose.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to maintain store standards and presentation
• Able to process sales using EPOS till system (training provided)
• Comfortable handling stock and deliveries
• Good product knowledge and communication skills

Yorkshire Trading Company are a family owned and run business with 38 stores throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East; a busy E:Commerce operation and outdoor events teams who trade nationwide.

We now have an opportunity for an additional recruit to the sales assistant team in our Morpeth store.

The position offered is: 16 hours over 4 days to include weekends on a rota basis and may include some early mornings

Our goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation
