Job summary

Yorkshire Trading Company in Catterick Garrison is recruiting three sales assistants. The roles are 16 hours over 4 days, weekends on a rota basis, with some early mornings.

You will provide high quality customer service, keep the store well presented, process sales on the Epos till system, receive deliveries and stay knowledgeable about products.

Benefits include 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata, a workplace pension, and a 12.5% discount at YTC stores after a 6 week induction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants
• Welcome and greet customers
• Process sales through our Epos till system - Training given
• Actively involved in receiving deliveries
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
