Job Title: Part-Time Sales Support (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)

Location: Kettering (Office-Based)
Hours: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 3-4 days per week
Rate: £12.21 - 15/hour DOE

Our client is seeking a confident, motivated individual to join their team in a part-time Sales Support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a professional phone manner, and isn't afraid of cold calling.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Calling an existing database to generate interest and book meetings for the sales team

• Making outbound cold calls to potential leads

• Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally

• Accurately recording call outcomes and updating the CRM system

What They're Looking For:

• A confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Reliable and punctual, with strong organisational skills
