Job summary

schuh is hiring a Sales Assistant for our Inverness Park store. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, share product knowledge and help customers with payments, orders and reservations.

We welcome candidates with or without prior retail experience; full training will be provided. You’ll contribute to stock management, merchandising and shop floor standards, with flexible weekday/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Full training will be provided.

• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Inverness Park.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekdays and weekends.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.
