CLIENT ADVISOR – LUXURY MENSWEAR

Location: London

Salary: Up to £30,000 + commissions and company benefits

About:

• Prestigious Italian luxury menswear boutique, celebrated for impeccable craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Located in the heart of London, the boutique offers a refined working environment.
• Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (closed on Sundays).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clientele, reflecting the brand’s luxury standards.
• Provide expert advice on menswear collections, tailoring, and styling.
• Build long-lasting client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and manage stock effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury menswear retail.
• Fluency in Italian (essential).
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster client loyalty.
