Job summary

PAIGE is recruiting a Sales Associate for our London Flagship store in Sloane Square on a full-time basis. Availability across weekdays and weekends is preferred, to support busy periods and store events.

You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with selling, cashiering, inventory tasks, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards. You’ll gain exposure to promotions, product knowledge, and a team-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selections.
• Knowledge of PAIGE promotions, fits, materials, and brand storytelling.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness to brand standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments when necessary.
• Receive and transfer shipments and participate in stock/ inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist customers in a friendly manner; locate merchandise and assist fitting sessions.
• Speak to promotions and sales to positively impact revenue.
• Maintain knowledge about PAIGE garments and product details.
• Keep store visuals neat, organized, and compliant with planograms.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure smooth transaction flows.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate to join us in our London Flagship store, based in Sloane Square, on a Full Time Basis. Ideally, you will have availability across the entire week, including weekdays & weekends.

The Sales Associate position contributes to the stores success by ensuring we provide great customer service and achieve store standards. Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, as well as being involved in inventory operations, selling, cashiering, clientelling & VM.

The Role:

• Acknowledging and assisting every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner; answering questions, locating merchandise, recommending styles, and assisting try-on sessions in the fitting rooms to ensure the entire customer experience is pleasant, engaging, and efficient.
• Being knowledgeable and able to speak to all current promotions and sales that are utilized to positively impact revenue and benefit customers.
• Having a comprehensive knowledge about the brand, fits, materials, and manufacturing of PAIGE garments.
• Maintaining store visual standards throughout business hours by ensuring products are displayed neatly in their designated location, in size and color order, “finger” spaced, and that the store is clean and neat.
• Performing cleaning and straightening duties required prior to store opening and following store closing, as directed by the Manager on duty.
• Providing a friendly, accurate, and efficient transaction process for customers.
• Obtaining a comprehensive knowledge of the POS system, and having the ability to handle transactions in the event of an iPad, internet, and or debit/credit card reader malfunction.
• Receiving, and transferring shipments, including RTWs (Return to Warehouse)
• Participating in scheduled inventory tasks, including store wide physical inventory counts.
