Job summary

Axel Arigato Sweden in London Covent Garden is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and uphold our brand standards. You will work as part of a team, develop product knowledge, engage customers with enthusiasm, and contribute to daily sales targets while representing a modern, community-driven brand.

Experience in luxury retail is preferred; flexible hours and a passion for fashion are a plus.

The Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our London community and aiming to contribute to the team’s overall performance and values.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities will include:

To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.

An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.

To continuously build and maintain customer relationships-our customers are our community!

To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.

To know your city and the social movements within it. To use this information as a tool during the customer service journey.

To be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them. Developing sales strategies and driving business growth.

Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional.
