Job Title: Sales Assistant

Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best in-town service with a smile, and helping to maintain excellent store standards. At the core of our stores, you will create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service and experiences to our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
• Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
• Maintain product availability and replenish stock as directed
• Work as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment
• Live the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and team delivery
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately and responsibly
• Implement store changes and promotions promptly and precisely

You need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
