Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our successful Card Factory family to help fulfill this.

The pace is fast, our standards are high, and we’re proud of it. We lead the way! Our stores can get busy, so you need to manage customers, tills, and multiple tasks. But don’t worry, you’ll have fun and understand why a little bit of madness is part of working here!

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers celebrate their life’s moments
• Process sales politely, efficiently, and accurately while upselling products
• Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries
• Participate in stock takes, which may require working outside normal hours

Retail experience is not essential. We value personality and a passion for customer service above all else!
