Sales Assistant – WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 6 hours per week, working Saturdays and/or Sundays

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud to start and share their journeys with us, whether it’s their first job, first day at school, or first birthday.

Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant include:

1. Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
2. Carrying out stock replenishment and maintaining tidy, inviting store areas
3. Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they need easily
4. Supporting colleagues as part of a team
