Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll passionately sell diamonds, jewellery, and watches, creating memorable moments for every customer.

You’ll promote love and appreciation for our products by understanding what makes each piece special.

You’ll listen carefully to customer needs and preferences to help them find the perfect item for their occasion.

There’s a lot to learn about our products, our people, and the Beaverbrooks Way. Be prepared for accountability and hard work—it's worth it.

The Ideal Candidate

You should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a down-to-earth approach, and enjoy working with colleagues who share your values.

Listening to customers and being honest are key. You should be motivated to turn everyday interactions into extraordinary experiences.

Merchandising experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed. A keen eye for detail and good aesthetic sense are essential.
