Job Description

Sports Direct is seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team in Trowbridge, United Kingdom. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting our sales efforts.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer expert advice on our wide range of sports equipment and apparel
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Restock shelves and update product displays
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when necessary
• Enthusiasm for sports and fitness (desirable)
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
• Knowledge of sports equipment and apparel (advantageous)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
