Footasylum in Brighton is recruiting a Sales Assistant on a full-time basis to deliver a premium shopping experience across streetwear and sportswear. You will be the vibe of the store, driving sales and creating complete looks for customers.

We’re looking for energetic, confident team players who know fashion trends, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. You’ll receive brand training, clear progression paths, and enjoy a 30% staff discount.

Responsibilities

• Learn silhouettes, performance tech, fabrics, weather durability, and care; training to be a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
• Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations; lead the energy.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Visuals on point; stock locked in; store always looking fresh for the next fit check.

• Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
