Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain high visual merchandising standards
2. Assist customers from entry to purchase
3. Promote Gift Aid and other promotions
4. Handle paperwork, including cashing up and banking
5. Support volunteer training and management
6. Sort and prepare donated stock
7. Travel between shops as needed
8. Support health and safety practices
9. Manage shop operations and volunteers in the absence of the Manager
10. Reflect our company values through professional behavior
