Job Title: Sales Assistant

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with high standards. You will manage customer interactions, operate tills, and handle multiple tasks. Despite the busy environment, you'll have fun and understand why a little bit of madness is part of working here!

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers celebrate their life’s moments.
• Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling products where appropriate.
• Price and merchandise stock correctly.
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries.
• Participate in stock takes, which may require working outside normal store hours.

Retail experience is not necessary; we value personality and a passion for customer service above all else.
