Job summary

STARK Group is offering an exciting Sales Adviser Apprentice position at our Dudley branch. You will learn all aspects of branch operations, interact with customers, and build knowledge of building materials while working toward an apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards them.
• No previous experience required; willing to learn on the job.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to develop essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to branch customers.
• Assist with product selection and enquiries.
• Develop product knowledge across building materials.
• Process sales orders and quotations; handle admin tasks.
• Support stock management and merchandising activities.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Identify sales opportunities and support branch performance.
• Follow health and safety procedures in-branch.
• Work towards completing the apprenticeship qualification.
