Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive for one of the fastest growing toy companies in the business. Our client is part of a large international group and due to their growth and success are looking for someone to support their International Team.

This role will act as a crucial link between their sales and operations teams, supporting their customers globally.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales order processing including advising on order placement and delivery planning.
  • Monitoring Far East production.
  • Customer relationship management including responding to customer order requests/enquiries, communicating with customers on production/delivery updates, anticipating/resolving issues, and communicating with colleagues internally regarding customer order requirements.
  • Maintaining management information about customer accounts and open orders, including ERP database updates, preparing open order reports, analyzing and reporting customer sales and order fulfillment data, and providing insight on sales data by account.
