We have an exciting opportunity to join the Brakspear family as the Sales and Events Manager for our managed estate Honeycomb Houses. Being a new role, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring in your own ideas, creativity and leadership.

Honeycomb Houses is born-and-bred from our parent company, Brakspear, which came to life all the way back in 1779. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Events Manager with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in revenue management to join our growing hospitality group. This is a new role that requires a strong background in hospitality sales and room revenue. A blend of strategic sales and events leadership, and data-driven revenue management across our portfolio of premium pubs, inns and restaurants. You will lead a small team generating and converting leads across key segments such as leisure, corporate, travel and local community, while also directing business to our wedding, banqueting, party, private dining, conference and outside spaces.
Working closely with GMs at each site and the central marketing team, you will execute sales initiatives that reflect the identity of Honeycomb Houses and the individuality of each property while contributing to the success of our wider business.

About You:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel sales and/or events management, with at least 1 year in a revenue management role.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs.
• Strong understanding of hotel PMS and revenue management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercially astute with a strategic approach to business development.
• Flexibility to travel between properties across the Thames Valley and the Cotswolds.
• Experience in multi-property hospitality groups (desirable)
