About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Education Manager to oversee our business within Department Stores in the Northern Region.
This role is responsible for the overall performance of our business in the Northern Region, managing commercial performance, driving sales, and fostering a consumer-focused culture.
Key responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets by recruiting, leading, managing, and developing our in-store Managers and Luxury Brand Ambassadors. Ensuring high levels of customer service and attention to detail in our retail environments is essential to uphold our reputation as a luxury fragrance brand.
This position reports directly to the National Field Sales Manager for UK/Ireland and collaborates with the National Retail Training Manager to ensure the team’s product knowledge and service skills are exemplary. The Sales and Education Manager is supported by a Retail Excellence Facilitator.
