Primary Objective:

Achieve sales plan and target KPI’s for assigned region. The role of a Sales and Education Beauty Advisor is to have passion for people and service, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be a strong seller, capable of recruiting, consulting, and building sales while adhering to retailer’s guidelines and standards. They should be able to plan and conduct events & trainings at store level, possess effective communication skills, execute timely reporting, and build collaborative relationships. Excellence in client service, artistry, and working in an entrepreneurial environment are critical to success.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for achieving retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region
• Delivering best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales
• Builds strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Implement focused strategies to drive results aligned with corporate objectives
• Adhere to all budgets, including freelance and ABH expense policies
• Complete all administrative assignments by their respective due dates
• Uphold ABH dress code guidelines, evolving looks to reflect current trends

Time Breakdown:

• Majority of time is spent in-store driving retail sales through consumer interaction and engaging with retailer employees
• Social media & virtual support will vary by region, based on business needs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience
• Experience managing a counter of $1 million or more for 3+ years while driving a successful business
• Driven to achieve results
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop others for promotion
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships
