We partner with groundbreaking cryptocurrency projects globally, operating seamlessly across on- and off-chain exchanges.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Trireme’s inbound leads and existing clientele, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement with our services. The CRM will furthermore be responsible for managing and tracking inbound leads and prospects, maintaining high retention, and supporting the Business Development team with scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated liaison for a portfolio of clients and inbound leads across both Telegram and/or Email.
  • Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute customised engagement strategies to retain lead interest.
  • Call Scheduling:
  • Monitor Telegram chats to ensure communications are kept alive and support the Business Development team with organising and scheduling meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and report on relationship status using CRM tracking and reporting tools.
