Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Trireme’s inbound leads and existing clientele, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement with our services. The CRM will furthermore be responsible for managing and tracking inbound leads and prospects, maintaining high retention, and supporting the Business Development team with scheduling meetings.
