Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor in the Newcastle area. You’ll join a lively contact centre team, handle incoming calls from EE customers, and help them choose the best phones and broadband deals. Training will be provided to become confident with EE products and services.

You’ll be a great listener and confident speaker, focused on solving customer needs. Targets exist but you’ll work in a supportive, sociable environment with plenty of earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and love talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Great listener and fluent talker who can match needs to products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the different tech products EE sells.
• Match customers with the perfect product based on their needs.
