Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre is recruiting for a full-time Sales Adviser. You will join a lively team, handling incoming enquiries from EE customers and guiding them to the best phone and broadband deals.

Training is provided to help you upsell and match customers with the right products. Starting salary is £26,116 with potential to rise to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers to find best deals on phones and broadband.
