Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil is hiring a Sales Advisor for the Merthyr contact centre on a full-time basis (37.5 hours). You’ll join a lively team, handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband while guiding them through our product range.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic team players who love talking to people.

• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, customer-facing experience preferred.
