Priority Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting a Sales Advisor for their store on Durham High Street. The role is 30 hours per week on a £13.45 per hour base, with an uncapped commission scheme and an OTE of £200–£300+ per month on top of base pay.

You will join a supportive sales team, receive full training and have clear opportunities for progression. Whether you have sales experience or are starting a career in retail, you’ll enjoy engaging with customers and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• A positive, proactive and target-driven attitude.
• Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in technology and the latest mobile products.
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the weekly rota.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional in-store experience.
• Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right products and services.
• Demonstrating the latest mobile technology, broadband packages and deals.
• Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock availability.
• Working closely with the wider team to drive performance and share ideas.
