Job summary

EE is hiring Sales Advisors for our Glasgow contact centre. This full-time role (37.5 hours) starts on £26,116 and offers the potential to rise to £26,738 after eight months, with uncapped commissions and great benefits.

You’ll train to handle incoming calls from EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband. You’ll need to be outgoing with strong listening and communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and thrive in a sociable, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic, loves talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Full-time role only; 37.5 hours per week.
• Handle incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals.
