Job summary

EE in Glasgow is hiring Sales Advisors to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband while guiding them through our tech products.

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour role starting 30 November 2026. You’ll earn a base salary starting at £26,116 with potential to rise to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission and benefits including GP access and discounts on EE products.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, full of energy and enjoy talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Must join Glasgow contact centre and handle incoming EE customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Guide customers through EE products and services to match their needs.
• Listen actively and propose the most suitable product for each customer.
• Avoid cold calling; prioritize solving customer problems and delivering a great service.
