Job summary

EE in Glasgow is hiring Sales Advisors to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our tech products.

We’re looking for people who are outgoing, great listeners and fluent communicators. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) with targets, uncapped commission and a strong benefits package. Start date: 30.11.2026.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic personality with a focus on customers.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent listening and fluent speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and suggest best deals.
