U and P Recruitment Ltd in Purley is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join the team. This role offers a clear path towards sales management, with a five-day week including some Saturdays, and the chance to develop in a busy residential property environment.

You will manage the sales process, perform valuations, and build relationships with solicitors and mortgage lenders, while driving new leads and supporting the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work with your team to match properties with potential buyers.
• Build relationships with professional partners, including solicitors and mortgage lenders.
• Identify new leads and generate business to drive sales performance.
• Support the Branch Manager in motivating and developing the team.
