Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor in our Truro contact centre. You’ll join a lively team handling incoming calls from EE customers and helping them find the best mobile and broadband deals. You’ll also help customers navigate the different tech products we sell.

You’ll need to be outgoing with strong listening skills and enjoy talking to people. The role is 20 hours, part-time with late shifts Monday to Friday, offering uncapped commission and great benefits in a sociable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic personality preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken English with ability to explain products clearly.

Responsibilities
