Job summary

ProCook is seeking a confident Sales Advisor for our Spalding store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide buying decisions while delivering excellent service. This part-time role offers structured training, targets, and a bonus scheme.

You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Weekend and peak times rotation apply.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge. This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets. Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our Spalding Store! We have a 2 x permanent part time contracts working 1 x 16hrs per week and 1 x 12hrs per week.
