Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Gretna is hiring a seasonal Sales Assistant to deliver the Feel-Good Experience. Welcome customers, guide them to favourite products, and surprise them with new rituals during the holiday period.

You’ll help keep the boutique looking pristine, operate the register, handle deliveries, and support sales goals while representing a luxury brand with care and style.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, sharing product stories.
• Maintain the boutique, run the register, handle deliveries, and keep stock.
• Contribute to sales targets and brand presentation as a Rituals ambassador.
