H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor for a temporary part-time position in Hereford. The role requires 2 days of flexibility, including weekends, with an 8-hour shift pattern. You will be central to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Representing the H&M brand, you will engage with customers, stay informed on fashion trends, and work with colleagues to reach store goals. A passion for people and fashion, plus strong communication, will help you thrive in a busy retail environment.

This is a temporary part-time 8 hours position based in Hereford. For this position we will require 2 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
• Passionate about people and fashion.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
• Clear communicators, creative and curious.
• Motivated to contribute to H&M's vision, leading us to success.
