Job summary

H&M Group is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor at the Sutton Coldfield Gracechurch Shopping Centre store. The role offers flexibility for 2–4 days, including weekends, with 8, 12 or 20 hours per week and a strong focus on delivering a superior shopping experience.

You will represent the brand, support store goals with your team, stay informed on fashion trends, and help shoppers with inspiring guidance while contributing to a positive store environment.

This is a part-time 8,12 and 20 hours position based in the Sutton Coldfield store located in Gracechurch Shopping Centre. For this position we will require 2- 4 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
