EE Limited in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor for our Merthyr contact centre. You’ll join a lively team, taking incoming calls from existing EE customers and helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband while guiding them through our tech products.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent speaker, with a natural competitive streak. There are targets, but you’ll benefit from uncapped commission, great benefits, and growth opportunities within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and fluent speaking skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities
