EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) in a lively sales team. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through EE products.

You’ll need to listen well, talk confidently, and match customers with the right solution. The role offers a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months plus uncapped commission, great benefits, and career growth opportunities across EE

Formación

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English speaker with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
