EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is seeking a confident sales advisor for a full‑time role in Merthyr Tydfil. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them discover the best phone and broadband deals while guiding them through the range of tech products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• Guide customers through the different EE products we sell and match them with suitable options.
• Be a great listener and fluent talker, identifying needs and translating them into recommendations.
