ARNE is opening a brand-new pop up store at Lakeside Shopping Centre and is seeking passionate, customer‑focussed individuals for a fixed term contract. You’ll welcome customers, share our story and deliver exceptional service, helping shape ARNE’s retail experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Confident with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs; recommend suitable products.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches and promotions to drive sales.
• Work with store team to achieve sales targets and maintain visual standards.
• Operate tills and process purchases, refunds, exchanges per policy.
• Support loss prevention on the shop floor.

We are therefore looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our team on a fixed term contract basis.

You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering exceptional customer service! • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the fullcustomerjourney.
• Build rapport with customers whilstidentifyingcustomer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, bestsellersand new arrivals in store.
• Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, andmaintainhigh visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately and responsibly,processingpurchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with storepolicy andprocedures
• Support loss prevention byremainingvigilant on the shop floor.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
• Previousexperience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding ofexcellent customer service.
• Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuringhigh standardsacross the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, andpeakperiods
