Wessex Garages is currently seeking Car Sales Advisors for our Kia dealership located on Feeder Road, Bristol. Your role will involve not only selling vehicles but also promoting finance, insurance products, and paint protection.

Job Specification

In this role, you will support customers throughout their buying journey—from their first contact with us to driving away in their new car. With our comprehensive training program, you will develop skills to engage customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products according to industry standards.

Person Specification

Key Information

• Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (with a 1-hour lunch break). A day off in lieu during the week and one late shift per week. Sunday work required during March and September.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service length.
